Both presidents emphasized the strength of ties between the countries and their peoples. The talks also addressed economic and social wellbeing, according to official accounts. Officials did not disclose specific projects, investment commitments, or new bilateral measures following the meeting. The discussions took place in El Alamein during the presidential visit.

Regional affairs formed another major part of the discussions. The presidents exchanged views on recent developments in the Middle East and ongoing efforts to address them. They stressed the need to prevent further escalation across the region. Both leaders called for continued consultation, coordination, and joint action. They said closer cooperation was necessary to protect regional security and stability while the region faces shared political and security challenges.

The Egyptian presidency said El-Sisi welcomed Sheikh Mohamed as an honored guest in his second country. El-Sisi highlighted the UAE president’s special standing with Egypt and its people. He also pointed to the strength, depth, and broad scope of the historical relationship. Sheikh Mohamed thanked El-Sisi for the warm reception. Delegation reflects high-level engagement

Sheikh Mohamed traveled with a senior Emirati delegation. It included Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, chairman of the Zayed for Good Foundation. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan also joined the visit. He serves as deputy chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs.
